FRLOONEY FR EDWARD LOONEY
In 2005, at the age of 16, the Blessed Mother touched Edward’s heart in a profound way through two different pilgrimages to her shrines—one in Europe and the other in Champion, Wisconsin. Today, Fr.Edward has responded to a special mission he believes he has received from Our Lady to spread the message she gave to Adele Brise in 1859. To this end, he has authored four books on the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help available through Tau Publishing.

When he is not busy with Parish duties, he travels throughout the country raising awareness of Our Lady’s first and only approved Marian apparition in the United States. Fr. Edward Looney is an associate member of the Mariological Society of America and a member of the International Thomas Merton Society. He has published extensively, including five books (two for children, three Marian-general interest books), journal articles, and he is a columnist for Ignitum Today.
